Main contributions in the past months have been centered around the creation of Lower’s Agent AI platform. One of two individual contributions to RAG Pipeline, cross-company knowledge base ingestion, Langchain/Langsmith backend layer, and NextJS-based chatbot. Key contributions include CI pipeline optimizations, multiple testing layers, and creating a locally running stack to allow rapid iteration on agent accuracy and answer quality. Experience and research in chunking, vectorization, and AI evaluations have all been critical to completing this work. Previously, Hands on keyboard technical lead for teams of 5-10 junior-staff engineers. Provided an interface between product executives, engineering leadership (including direct reporting to CTO), designers, and mortgage domain organizational leaders (including C-Suite). In my first months at Lower, a colleague and I re-implemented the frontend for a legacy application centered around the company’s core business of providing direct to consumer loans. We successfully launched the reimplementation within 2 months (including partial lead capturing, integrated analytics, error monitoring, automated CI, and an end to end integration test suite). Additionally, this application was built to run against the legacy backend, but was architected in such a way that only one interface had to be reimplemented (which we did via directly generated typescript APIs and swagger) to switch to a newly architected backend. I am proud of that codebase. ### Software Engineering Manager @ flockx Jan 2023 – Jan 2024 | Columbus, Ohio, United States Pre-series A MVP and Prototype leader, developer, mentor, and manager.
