- Contributed and launched to CareOS, a custom EHR system that supports provider workflows, task management, and clinical documentation.

- Led end-to-end development of a full-stack SWYC screening feature, spanning both client and provider interfaces. Features include a dynamic questionnaire engine, real-time scoring, and milestone tracking for children ages 2–60 months.

- Built an AI-powered provider-patient chat translator during an internal hackathon, leveraging in-house RAG, Temporal, and FHIR resources to enable real-time multilingual communication.
