Rachel Weissman is a serial entrepreneur and award-winning designer turned executive coach and keynote speaker, helping ambitious leaders transform uncertainty and change into a catalyst for growth, creativity, and innovation.

As a former Google design leader, Rachel shaped flagship products like Maps and Search, impacting over two billion monthly users, and pioneered human-centered AI design principles at Salesforce. As a serial entrepreneur, she has founded ventures in education, emotional intelligence, and AI for communication.

Her meditation expertise spans thousands of hours of practice and training with extensive time on silent retreats. Rachel has taught meditation at Google and serves as a volunteer at Spirit Rock Meditation Center.
