Improved the search to conversion rate on the Zageno marketplace by optimizing the search results and leveraging the mental models of our user personas, generating $600K in incremental revenue per month.

Conducted experience attribute workshops & brainstorming sessions to get early alignment and input from stakeholders on the 2024 vision for the Zageno marketplace.

Identified gaps in the product experience for the list feature. Conducted user research to iteratively enhance Lists to include sort, filter and share capabilities to foster collaboration within our users organizations.

Established a process to regularly document actionable feedback from the Customer Experience teams to guide feature priorities on the product roadmap.

Spearheaded the discovery phase for a philanthropy platform designed to connect community members with 1.3 million verified non-profits. 

Conducted stakeholder interviews, created empathy maps and synthesized user flows to propose solutions that increase engagement with the digital platform and reduce reliance on physical cheques.

Designed wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes to provide solutions that improve UX and usability, across devices.
