• Designed the General Servicing Chatbot for client’s end users to receive live chat support, replacing current email support.

• Created automated flows in General Servicing Chatbot for end users to quickly accomplish their support needs without the assistance from a customer success agent.

• Partnered closely with Customer Success managers to design the General Servicing Agent Chatbot to assist and resolve issues of our client’s end users, increasing the number of daily tickets Synapse’s agents can resolve.

• Collaborated with compliance department leads to design the Enhanced Due Diligence Chatbot product to increase efficiency of customer identity verifications and reduce the amount of incorrect account closures.

• Redesigned Synapse’s account aggregation flow in their current Bank Login product to comply with Wells Fargo and Capital One’s security protocols.

Chef Koochooloo STEAM learning web application

• Designed a teacher portal, adding the ability to customize content from each of Chef Koochooloo’s premade lessons allowing teachers to tailor lessons to different classes.

• Conducted user research including user interviews to discover Chef Koochooloo’s most important problems.

• Redesigned the search function to include CC & NGSS tags so teachers can quickly find lessons complying with Common Core State Standards Initiative and Next Generation Science Standards.

• Created an interactive InVision prototype for future user testing.
