Reduced fuel consumption by 23% and genset run-time by 63% compared to the lead-acid battery it replaced. o Designed, manufactured and pilot-marketed a portable cooling system for use while sleeping that consumes 80% less electricity than whole-room air conditioners. o Delivered a new pump for reverse-osmosis water purification based on a patent-pending innovation, leading to lower cost, higher performance, lighter weight and smaller packaging. Closed a manufacturing contract with one of India's largest water purification companies. Led the team to design, patent, validate, set up the production line and manage the supply chain. o Developed liquid-cooled seats for automotive applications with faster cooling, lower seat temperatures, less noise and reduced HVAC electricity consumption due to occupants feeling less need for whole-cabin AC. This efficiency increased EV driving range by 3%-20% based on vehicles tested in varying conditions.
