Championed new project processes across mutiple teams, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data, pushing for a pain point-focused approach that led to executive approval for significant future design projects. ### Product Designer @ NextEra Energy Resources Jan 2022 – Jan 2024 | San Francisco Solo designer led research initiatives, ambiguous designs, and prototypes for EV Fleet Charge Management and EV Fleet conversion software. Led successful research and redesigns for users as a cross-functional team to achieve greater efficiency of Fleet Electrification Analytics software, slashing the time needed to deliver insightful reports to clients while redesigning product reports.
