Designed ElancoGPT featuring Open AI’s GPT-3.5 and Google PaLM 2. Resulting to a device agnostic, user-friendly experience adopted by Elanco employees across the globe driving collective enthusiasm on leveraging ML/AI tools across teams.

Utilized the double-diamond design thinking framework to conduct discovery initiatives with activities such as stakeholder interviews, persona development, user journey mapping, and service mapping.
