Crusoe builds climate-aligned digital infrastructure by capturing wasted, stranded, or excess clean energy and converting it into productive compute. I led cross-functional programs at the intersection of renewable energy, modular data centers, and high-performance computing infrastructure.
Key contributions:
Infrastructure Deployment & Optimization – Directed end-to-end deployment and scaling of modular compute units, coordinating with engineering, field operations, and energy partners to bring new capacity online efficiently and reliably.
Firmware & System Performance – Partnered with software engineering to roll out new firmware and control systems, benchmarking fleet performance across regions, models, and operating conditions to improve energy utilization and stability.
Generator Load Control & Grid Integration – Oversaw projects that balanced energy production and compute demand, reducing volatility on turbine and generator systems while maximizing efficiency of stranded/wasted power.
Data-Driven Operations – Built and refined operational dashboards (Grafana, SQL, VictoriaMetrics) that tracked hashrate efficiency, load swings, uptime, and financial conversion metrics, enabling better business decision-making.
Cross-Functional Leadership – Acted as a bridge between engineering, operations, and leadership teams, resolving technical and logistical blockers, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring projects delivered on schedule.
Process & Security Improvements – Drove initiatives in access management, reliability engineering, and repeatable deployment processes that scaled with a growing fleet footprint.
Through these initiatives, I helped Crusoe (later integrated into NYDIG’s DFM business) scale energy-aligned compute deployments while building the processes and metrics needed to reduce lost energy, improve uptime, and support compute workloads on stranded and renewable power.

Curated is building a platform where product experts monetize their passion and help consumers make the perfect purchase.
As one of the first TPMs at Curated, I have added immense value to the company through a broad and diverse set of technical, operational, and business projects (as a generalist, I can work any problem thrown my way); most notably:
• Developed and implemented tactical and strategic business processes for Curated's product data team, achieving monumental catalog growth from 40K to 600K+ products.
• Spearheaded the creation of an innovative machine learning data ingestion and standardization pipeline, seamlessly integrating brand and partner data, enhancing our consumer experiences on the platform and establishing a de-facto knowledge graph of our products.
• Hired, trained, and managed a very large global operational team (30+ members) in merchandising, achieving massive increases in data processing efficiency and significant cost reduction by implementing several process enhancements and a robust operational program.
• Crafted the company's first ever pricing intelligence solution in-house, automating Curated's competitiveness in the market with very minimal resources.
• As the company's sole Jira/Atlassian expert administrator, overhauled more than 10 different internal cross-functional business workflows by integrating and automating platforms like Jira, Slack, Zapier, and monday.com—with several thousand tickets processed since inception. Additionally, onboarded all off-Jira teams onto the platform for seamless collaboration.
