I lead design for the core creation experience (the editor), where 13M+ presentations have been created by users worldwide. I’ve driven initiatives like decluttering the editor through rapid A/B tests, a full information architecture overhaul, in-canvas editing, and accessibility improvements. Beyond the product, I’ve helped shape Mentimeter’s design culture by introducing weekly prototyping, early sharing, and close designer–engineer collaboration, laying the foundation for how design scales across the company.

Leading creation experience (Menti editor)

As the first Product Designer for the core product, I worked on various projects. Some highlighted projects include—

1. Leading design for a new product, ground up, to help scale and manage our music catalog of 30000 plus tracks, our artists, meta-data, and agreements. It also involved finding the music our storytellers would want to use to soundtrack their videos.

2. Led the UX prototyping efforts with our first rebrand, where I closely collaborated with designers from our core product and growth.

During my time, the company grew from 100 to around 550 in headcount and over 1 Billion USD in valuation.

— built custom UI components using ReactJS with graphic designers for other react developers to integrate for Clearsave.

— built the all new income tax PDF parser front-end on top of jQuery which allows users to file their income taxes 4x faster the official government income tax website’s flow.

— designed & maintained the (IE 7+ compatible) ClearTax visual and SASS style-guide to aid the C# developers.
