• Supervising University Trainees at AXSOS AG, sharing expertise and helping any technical blocks and misunderstanding are cleared and solved, making sure their training plan runs smoothly as possible.

TechWomen is an initiative of the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) and is managed by the Institute of International Education (IIE). The program brings emerging women leaders in STEM from Africa, Central and South Asia, the Middle East, and Europe together with their professional counterparts in the United States for a mentorship and exchange experience.

During the five-week program, participants engage in project-based mentorships at leading companies in the San Francisco Bay Area or Chicago, take part in professional development workshops and networking events, and travel to Washington, D.C. for targeted meetings and special events.

• Lead break out sessions in coding assignments, explaining the problems and building up the way to the solution, and ensured clearing out any confusion or misunderstandings of requirements.

• In 'Project Week' took role of product owner in students projects, do daily stand up and stand down meetings.

• Lead one on one code reviews and explanations.

• Coordinated group activities insuring collaborative work between students by implementing the 'driver & navigator' approach.

• Monitored attendance and progress according to curriculum and guidelines.
