• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care departments
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams
• Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems for both desktop and mobile (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on feedback
• Adhere to brand style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Meet assigned design goals and delivery dates with a high quality of output
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
