End-to-End Ownership: Consistently owned features from requirements to production delivery, including architecture, implementation, and optimization.

Modernize Core Platform: Re-implemented legacy modules from Angular/Play to Python Django + Vanilla JS, improving maintainability across two parallel tech stacks.

Improve Reliability at Scale: Migrated state management to NgRx and later Angular Signals, eliminating data inconsistencies and improving rendering performance in complex, high-volume scheduling views.
Accuracy in Forecasting: Delivered prediction-based staffing variance calculations, improving hospital staff scheduling accuracy. 

Architectural Leadership: Designed scalable staffing calculators (room + location level, rule merging, break coverage) and led key contributions to the IPF platform transition, reducing technical debt and ensuring feature parity.

Partner with Data Science on the Auto-Assign project, implementing all application logic (FE + BE) around the model to automatically generate staff schedules. 

Performance Gains: Reduced API calls, added conditional triggering, introduced virtual scrolling; optimized data structures for faster processing; consolidated async pipes and added trackBy functions to speed up large list rendering; optimized tooltip directives to prevent memory leaks.

Built Flagship Staffing Module: Designed and launched a new scheduling/assignment module that drove 4 new customer acquisitions in the first month.

Framework Contributions: Led refactors reducing code duplication by 32% and removing 3 major external dependencies.

Customer Retention During COVID: Built a 4D Angular + Chart.js predictor to track and visualize COVID case surges, enabling hospitals to reallocate resources more effectively and reduce churn. Contributed to a 40% boost in retention at a time of high customer attrition.

Cut Onboarding Time: Developed configuration modules enabling PMs to update defaults via UI, reducing onboarding from 3 months to a few weeks. 

Implemented read-only views with 8-level permission checks, ensuring role-based access control in sensitive hospital environments.

Improved Data Quality: Built a data validation suite detecting 6,000+ discrepancies, just by consistency testing a black box; boosted confidence in production data.
