• Owned the backend and customer success of C2 insights, QuickBooks’ highest-traffic non-infra feature, delivering 55M+ monthly insights

• Engineer on Payments Agent, tool developer for Collaboration Agent

• Currently ranking the QuickBooks Business Feed tiles using an ML model to boost engagement

• Created a random forest with 98% recall for customer messages based on their linguistic complexity using NLP features

• Compared dependency parsing, part-of-speech tagging, and chunking of different libraries in the tax domain

• Conducted feature selection through methods such as mutual information analysis and ridge regression

I worked on a data validation system which runs over 200 different validations on the entire company's data (1 billion+ rows). I implemented this using Spark, which was completely self-taught over the course of the internship

At John Deere, I had the opportunity to participate in a variety of analytics project. My team used Scrum and agile methods, so I completed tasks such as creating Tableau dashboards, manipulating data using Python and SQL, and making tools that allow people to easily view the data insights they need to see, My main project involved creating a data pipeline in Databricks that prepared supplier audit data for machine learning and dashboards.
