Helped drive client engagements spanning from research-focused product discovery to delivering a vertical slice of MVP, and be a leader to support the continuous release of digital products. Transformed concepts into real-life products, and monitored KPIs to iteratively improve, and ensure customer satisfaction. Led the fast-paced, multicultural and diverse teams with an Agile mindset. Worked as an independent designer with an offshore team on a web-based application, which was based on Java technology (Frameworks - Tapestry 5, Spring 2.5, Hibernate 3.2). I designed wireframes and Photoshop mockups and then build XHTML/CSS prototypes based on a solid understanding of user experience. I also helped in making the application modern and advanced using AJAX support via the built-in Prototype/Scriptaculous library. I worked with my teammates to solve the ongoing issues related to Usability, W3C Standards, and UI Guidelines that mainly happen during the development. I also maintain a Wiki (Confluence Wiki) for our project team where all the project-related data is posted.

It was an absolute fun at work while working in media domain for the famous American music publishing company "Warner Chappell". My responsibility was to manage the ongoing micro-level projects and distribute the day to day work among other three designers who were working under me. The job was to promote the various artists for their new releases/latest happenings by static websites, newsletters, and banner ads. I enjoyed the freedom of using the bright colors, heavy graphics, animation, and JavsScript Libraries (MooTools, jQuery etc.). I personally enjoyed the flash based audio/video publishing.

I was also a part of the Java based web application which was used by Warner Chappell's publishers. I was responsible to evaluate the front-end coding standards and web usability concerns, and then provide the required support.

I was part of the UI team with 13 other designers to provide support to all ongoing projects which were based on .NET technology. My job responsibility was a challenging one, which included: Requirement gathering, layout designing in Photoshop, building hand coded (X)HTML/CSS prototype according to the functional design, reviewing the deployments of the development team, defect removal on the UI issues. It was also a great learning experience while interacting with team of business analysts, quality controllers to discuss the day to day requirements and issues.

I joined as an independent Web Designer with a start up company. I was devoted to utilize my creativity, designing and developing skills and also to keep improving them as per the market requirements. My work was to initiate the projects till the final delivery which included: client interaction, requirement gathering, designing web layouts, developing static as well dynamic (using basic ASP, PHP, and etc.) websites. I was also involved in Internet Marketing which covered on-page and off-page SEO practices.

In the middle, I got promoted and started managing a team of flash designers and visualizers. Now my responsibility was to manage and provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables. Apart from working on the design and front-end development, I got opportunities to work on e-commerce, CMS (like - Joomla, vBulletin, IBP Forum, Site Build It), flash games, shopping cart based projects.

I worked under the seniors from the different projects, and deliver the creative work as per their expectation. I use to do photo re-touching, layout designing, flash presentations and HTML work.
