Led Experience Manager Feature end-to end in Platform Central. Experience Manager allows to customize the behavior of VoiceXML applications in real-time. Using this, one can manage resources, snapshots, and schedules that customize the user’s experience without redeploying any code. You can record different messages, set up call transfers, and combine them into snapshots that control the call flow within your application.
