Joined Glow as second engineer and sixth employee, driven by my profound conviction in our mission to revolutionize insurance accessibility with unparalleled coverage at unbeatable rates – a necessity for everyone.

1) I spearheaded the development of robust data pipelines, igniting our sales engine and propelling our revenue.

2) I led the architectural design and implementation of our backend services powering our proprietary CRM system optimized for insurance sales.

Built the core technology that allowed Veamly to land its first customers, and to raise close to $0.5M in seed funding.

1) Assembled a distributed team of 5 engineers and data scientists spread across 3 continents, and built an engine that uses AI technologies to ingest conversations from collaboration tools and prioritize them for engineers to reduce distractions and increase focus time.

2) At the time, Veamly intergrated with Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), Google (Drive and Calendar), Slack, and Github.

As a member of the leading team at a global retailer, I helped execute the office of the CTO's strategic vision to modernize their information system and achieve their digital transformation for 2018. My achievements:

1) Helped build a product-focused and data-driven team as a model to repeat and scale within the organization. Proved that by having product-focused teams, new initiatives can be executed and shipped to production faster.

2) Influenced and guided the transition towards microservices to increase ownership, agility, and speed of execution of product initiatives.

3) Coached junior members and built awareness around best practices: Domain Driven Design, DevOps, A/B testing and metrics.
