Responsible for leading product lead growth strategy and delivery for the RDS DevOps experience. Including; RDS Console, AI Nurturing, Service Events, SSL/TLS certificates, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for both CloudFormation (CFN), and Terraform (IBM/HashiCorp).

• Managed strategy for the second largest console in AWS (RDS) including AI nurturing and customization.

• Created Getting Started CFN templates for RDS product flavors, to increase product adoption and revenue.

• Drove developer experience for an internal control plane as a service product for single appliance services.

• Managed Certificate Authority expiration campaign for RDS, 3.4 million instances with fewer than 150 service tickets.

• Launched 2 new services; Attack Surface Management (ASM), Asset Inventory and Asset Risk.

• Managed the OEM relationship with BitDiscovery, to fill in ASM product gaps.

• Drove product lead growth strategy, created new revenue stream and sales outreach process for PenTests.

• Implemented Heap Analytics to improve and prospect customer experience, researcher observability as well as personalization.

• Managed and facilitated the roadmap process, quarterly stakeholder commitments and delivery reporting, coordinating cross-functionally with all product managers, team head and stakeholders.
