Architected the Financial Tab within the Customer Dashboard, delivering detailed cost breakdowns
for the home selling and buying transactions. This feature enabled our team of agents to transition
from spreadsheets to the more integrated dashboard, streamlining their workflow.
To support a key company-wide OKR of increasing mortgage attach rates, lead the collaboration
with the Mortgage ancillary to launch the Pre-Qualification intake, enhancing customer engagement
and conversion.
Partnered with the Product, CRM, and Design teams to create the consultation management tool,
which increased consultation held rates from approximately 44% to 56%. This improvement
critically boosted booking rates and had a downstream effect on profitability.
Collaborated with the Data Science team to integrate a proprietary AI-powered old home estimate
tool into the customer dashboard, significantly improving user understanding and boosting
conversion rates.

Was the sole front-end engineer working on the lead management tool used by all customers.
Implemented React best practices, setting a standard for the company as this application was one
of the first adopters of React.
Collaborated closely with marketing and design teams on multiple marketing website and landing
page redesigns. Prioritized page performance for SEO optimization and built reusable components
for efficient development.
Worked with the Salesforce Automation team to construct a versatile lead generation API,
implemented across all landing pages for streamlined lead management.
