• Led end-to-end experiences of Castlight’s well-being initiatives such as Recharge (Mental Health) challenge, personalization, rewards and benefits pages.

• Managed, led, and created Castlight/apree health’s Design System (DSYS) and brought the platform to parity, created consistency in the brand and design components, and created design system documentation to be used by the design and engineering teams.

• Collaborated with multiple product managers, research, engineering, clinical, and content teams and brought product features to life that meets user’s needs and business strategy.

• Led and designed apree health’s 2025 digital blue sky product vision to life.

• Created, designed and launched the Working Well app (return to work initiative), and created new revenue for Castlight Health.

• Designed and launched Healthy Habits program, increasing non-steps challenges portfolio of Castlight Health.

• Led high profile well-being initiatives, defining concept of program, created end-to-end user experience from complete wireframes, flows, mocks, illustrations, and SVG animations.

• Worked directly with user research, engineers, content, clinical experts and multiple product managers concurrently.

• Led and managed design systems and created reusable components and documentation.

• Created simple and user centered experiences for Castlight web and mobile app, specializing in well-being

• Partnered with product managers to define requirements and engineering teams to understand designs are feasible

• Created end-to-end user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mocks, and design specs

• UX Lead on various core web features: browse, group/assignment, search, FlexBook creation, and supporting pages

• Designed entire concept and delivery of FlexBook Mobile app

• Created user stories, sketches, wireframes, user/interactive flows, prototypes (paper and Invision App), detailed design and interaction specs
