I grew up an artist but gained a deep appreciation for the analytical process of engineering. The draw was problem solving through expression, all within the strict parameters of code; a chaotic juxtaposition, neatly guided by patterns, forms into an elegant solution.

With several years of experience in full-stack web development and systems architecture, I am confident in wrestling with the challenges presented in this field. My experience provides me with the innovative and technical skills necessary to produce multifaceted technical solutions, across a wide range of technologies. 

This range of technologies encompasses a fluency in a collection of libraries and frameworks within Javascript/PHP, and exposure to numerous languages. Within Soulcycle & ingest.ai I was involved in structuring several internal systems comprising order entry/management tools, conversion/revenue reporting, and production workflow tracking, as well as designed custom REST APIs built in NodeJS. Leading to a good deal of time collaborating on solutions with product, QA, and marketing teams to offer the best user experience, for a given project.

I'm currently deeply intrigued by performance tuning, re-architecting inefficient systems, and dirty data collecting/cleaning.

Daily dives into messy and massive geography-specific real estate legislation information. Constantly having my mind blown by the depth of this unstructured data, with thoughts on how to wrangle it all. A handful of react/redux, a dollop of Postgres, and 2 shots of postGIS/QGIS seem to do the trick.
