• Designed and programmed an application that replaced the current system at the time, providing the agency with a strong tool with a friendly user interface to manage the database and create statistics reports based on the data provided by the companies in the country.
• Integrated to the system 5 new internal tools that revolutionized and improved complex and critical tasks of the Processing and Informatics departments in the agency.
• Imparted lectures about the new system to coworkers from across the country.
• Applications been used by more than 15 people in the main agency location and another 50 across the country in other agency’s offices.
