UI/UX Lead Designer with a strong focus on design systems, scalable interfaces, and end-to-end product experiences. I specialize in translating complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually cohesive products that serve both users and business goals.

Over the past several years, I’ve led UI/UX initiatives across healthcare and SaaS platforms, including spearheading full platform redesigns, establishing design systems from the ground up, and guiding teams through research-driven, iterative design processes. I was promoted to Lead Designer within my first year in my most recent role based on ownership, execution quality, and the ability to align design decisions with real-world outcomes.

My work sits at the intersection of design and implementation. I collaborate closely with engineering teams and in the past have worked directly in front-end stacks using React, TypeScript, Material UI, and headless CMS platforms to ensure designs translate cleanly into production.

I bring a systems-level mindset to UX, from information architecture and accessibility (WCAG) to standardized error handling, user guidance, and cross-product consistency. I’m particularly passionate about design systems, usability, and clarity at scale, and I’ve served as a final design reviewer to uphold quality across teams.

Recently, I’ve incorporated AI-assisted research and synthesis tools to accelerate competitive analysis and trend research, enabling faster, more informed design decisions without sacrificing rigor.

As a Lead Designer, I focused on bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and intuitive user experiences. During my tenure, I spearheaded the end-to-end redesign of our core platform, evolving it into a sleek, modern interface that significantly improved market competitiveness.

I leaned heavily into data-driven design, utilizing AI-powered tools to synthesize competitive research and market trends, which allowed our team to move faster and with more precision. Beyond the aesthetics, I prioritized product scalability by developing a unified system for error reporting and standardized messaging, which directly increased application clarity for our users.

Because of my commitment to design excellence and foundational contributions, I was promoted to Lead Designer within my first year. In this leadership role, I acted as the final design gatekeeper, scoping projects and enforcing rigorous design quality standards across the team to ensure every release met our high-quality UX benchmarks.
