โ Played critical role in raising seed venture investment to launch the company.
โ Led the successful launch of Cyber Atomics' core multi-asset price predictor, landing a pivotal proof-of-concept with a top-tier high-frequency trading customer by centering the value proposition on solving key challenges around scarce edge compute resources and model explainability.
โ Doubled the Total Addressable Market (TAM) while simultaneously cutting R&D investment by strategically sharpening the company's focus exclusively on the $8B+ FinTech vertical, driving single-minded execution.
โ Optimized a multi-faceted Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to maximize ROI for limited startup resources, forging key partnerships with established FinTech players to augment product discovery and customer acquisition efforts.
โ Expanded market reach by addressing customer use cases requiring scale-up and scale-out performance through heterogeneous high-performance compute acceleration (GPU, FPGA, RDMA, RoCE) in public (AWS), private and hybrid cloud environments
โ Established strategic partnership with the Xilinx (now AMD) Accelerator program for further increase product discoverability and simplify realizing gains through customized hardware acceleration

I was responsible for inbound product management and engineering for 4G/5G infrastructure. I led a team of 4 senior managers and ~50 individuals (direct and matrixed) and ~80 with x-WF. I directed multiple teams in sub-specialties that included Product, Architecture, SDK, RTL Design, Design & Physical Verification, FPGA prototyping, P&R, DFM, package, product and test engineering. I administered ~$25M annual budget between headcount, CAD tools, and equipment.
I held end-to-end responsibility to deliver a highly integrated Digital Front End (DFE) chip, as well as cross-functional management responsibility for coordinating deliverables among multiple parties. Served as a joint Owner for the product PRD and a key liaison to outbound Product Management. Accomplishments include:
โ Delivered silicon for integrated โRadio on a Chipโ solution to Nokia under a pre-determined contract (the most highly integrated chip available on the market), with right-first-time silicon. Highly integrated: 24 lanes of 10G Serdes, JESD204A/B, CPRI, DDR4, Dual core Arm A53, NVM, DUC/DDC, CFR and non-linear DPD.
โ Designed features to meet the needs of multiple markets, accounting for various price sensitivities to optimize revenue, margins, and addressable TAM.
โ Influenced Nokia to purchase the device and the entire team in M&A activity by leading the engineering team in flawless device execution.
โ Created multiple value propositions for sales and marketing teams on the importance of the product to the customer, as well as the future potential to expand sales through partnerships.

Netlogic was a developer of high-performance products for data center, enterprise, wireless, and wireline infrastructure networks.
I transitioned to NetLogic following its acquisition of Optichron. I was tasked with bringing 3rd generation of Wireless Digital Front End device to production at key customers, including Nokia and ZTE. I led 4 direct reports and a total team of 22, as well as a matrixed organization of 40. I directed IC Design, Verification, FPGA Design & Emulation, Test & Product Engineering, Packaging, and QA/Reliability teams. I managed foundry liaison and IP/CAD vendors, as well as providing dotted-line management to coordinate software, firmware, and reference PCB design. I oversaw budget of $18M. Major accomplishments include:
โ Took Generation 3 of Digital Front End product line in 40nm to production on an aggressive 3-quarter schedule, leading to flagship sockets wins at Nokia and others.
โ Spearheaded a revenue stream of a $40M annual run rate with devices supported as part of the Optichron acquisition.
โ Drove chip solution that was recognized as a first-in-its-class product, with the lowest power per channel (highly integrated device).

Optichron was built on path-breaking innovations in non-linear signal processing and delivered highly integrated and power-efficient silicon solutions used in base stations of 2G, 3G, and 4G cellular networks.
I co-founded the start-up company to serve the wireless infrastructure market. I led efforts in building design and productization teams, overseeing total team of 30. I held a broad range of responsibilities that ranged from architecture and design to mass production and customer success functions. I provisioned IC design infrastructure and identified CAD as well as other technology partners to help drive the companyโs success. Notably, I:
โ Led growth of annual revenues from zero to $30M and the deployment of close to 1M devices on cell towers worldwide over the lifespan of the start-up. Identified market with infrastructure providers as ideal for the companyโs product offering.
โ Played key role in raising $26M from Tier 1 venture capital companies and building the company from the ground up to deliver solutions that powered equipment of Tier 1 OEMs. Facilitated sale of Optichron for $220M as an identified employee, with a major role in due diligence activities.
