As a design lead at Samsung’s Advanced Intelligence Lab, I drive human-centered, multi-modal AI experiences for 200M+ users — spanning mobile, wearables, auto, and smart home device ecosystems.
My work blends voice and screen interface design, transforming complex business logic and conversational wireframes into high-fidelity mockups and scalable design systems. By leveraging generative AI and agentic interactions, I create intelligent and assistive user experiences that feel natural and intuitive.
I shape AI strategy through user research, conducting mixed-methods studies and usability testing to uncover the strongest intersections of business goals and user needs. Partnering with product and engineering leadership, I leverage these insights to influence Samsung’s AI roadmap and drive transformative, impactful innovation.

Before Google rolled back their AI principles in favor of war-profiteering (e.g. Project Nimbus), I designed voice and multi-modal experiences for Google Assistant, shaping intuitive interactions across multiple verticals. My work impacted smart home devices, including pre-launch design for the Google Pixel Tablet.
I also standardized VUI response frameworks, optimizing how devices respond based on user proximity, modality, and environmental context to ensure seamless execution.
Employed by InfoObjects, supporting Google.

I played a key role in the creation of Fargo, Wells Fargo’s first mobile virtual assistant, which has powered 20 million+ interactions across 31.5 million mobile app users since launch, with projections to exceed 100 million interactions annually. Beyond mobile, I also designed assistive desktop experiences across enterprise channels, supporting both internal employees and 66 million customers.
As part of the Fargo team, I designed and implemented conversational flows that streamline complex banking interactions – retrieving and displaying transaction histories, account summaries, routing numbers, wire transfers – as well as FAQs and personality-driven dialogue. My work focused on making these interactions not only functional, but natural, intuitive, and human-centered.
My design process involved collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, gathering requirements and defining product features, performing NL analysis and model training, mapping intents, creating conversational dialog and flow diagrams and defining conversational logic, crafting high fidelity wireframes, conducting implementation and QA testing, and iterating based on UXR findings. I also built and maintained internal design resources, including training modules and Wells Fargo's first Conversational AI Style Guide, ensuring consistency across the AI ecosystem.
Highlights:
✓ Designed over 75% of the Fargo MVP’s conversational experiences.
✓ Ranked in the top 1.5% for performance.
✓ Described as a "Jedi" by my skip.

Inbenta is an artificial intelligence and natural language processing company that specializes in conversational chatbots and virtual assistants, semantic search, and knowledge management for e-commerce and customer support.
I drove the narrative surrounding our chatbot and other products by creating AI-focused content, including web copy, PR & news articles, blogs, video, tweets, and all the things that require some form of artful articulation.
I spearheaded B2B inbound marketing strategy, optimized the sales funnel, and managed 6 global marketing teams. I redesigned core site pages, published PR content and media, and organized US events. I researched domestic markets to reposition Inbenta’s chatbot and search products and pursue growth opportunities. I also managed several third-party agencies to develop and strengthen media relations, translated content, and executed global events.

EchoUser is a UX research and design agency based in San Francisco. During my time here, I collaborated with executives and UX practitioners to produce high quality product experiences for client partners, ranging from startups (Crimson Hexagon, 23andMe) to Fortune 50 companies (Google, GE, and other non-disclosables).
I spearheaded all digital marketing initiatives, including the frontend design and development of our new website, sales growth and B2B advertising, content creation, the design of sales assets, pitch decks, proposals, and more.
At the strategic level, a significant part of my role was executing and iterating on our company-wide digital marketing strategy: collecting and synthesizing data into actionable insights to inform executive decisions, and composing and facilitating workshops to educate C-level executives and the management team.
Notable achievements:
✓ Helped close $1.3 million in sales in first year.
✓ Played an instrumental role in landing the company's biggest RFP of all-time.
✓ Increased growth of new business leads 4x with new marketing strategy.
