• Collaborate with Insurance Payers to complete end-to-end testing of Oauth 2.0 workflow, Patient Access and Provider Directory FHIR API according to the Smart App Launch Framework.

• Use Postman to diagnose FHIR API issues and user issues. Work with Developers, Insurance Payers, and EHR vendors to resolve issues.

• Document business requirements, process flows, system flows, workflows, and technical specifications.

• Review and understand CMS Interoperability and Patient Access final rule and combine knowledge of FHIR resources to perform user acceptance testing.

• Provide hands-on technical remediation expertise and consulting for large-scale customer projects

• Support implementations that utilize healthcare interoperability standards (e.g. HL7/FHIR, CDA, IHE, X12)

• Advise optimal technical design practices for healthcare interfaces to ensure functionality in transition to the Support Team. Author RCA, technical design remediation, and specification documents

• Serve as a technical resource for scaling and maintenance of Intersystems Healthshare platform

• Provide Level-2 for Frontline HelpDesk Team and on-call support
