Highlights:

ByteDance / TikTok: Built a Rippling-like platform from 0 to 1;  increased the NPS score by 70%, saved ByteDance $6.4M USD in operational costs, and then commercialized to external enterprise customers. Promoted within 2 performance cycles to then work on TikTok Live.
Segment: Contracted to work on Segment's largest APAC enterprise account (Fortune 50). Helped to implement CDP so that CAC would be lowered by 28% and conversion rate would increase by 2.6x
