• Optimized Excel export functionality in the EC Dashboard using EPPlus, reducing runtime from ~5 minutes to ~1 minute for 100,000+ rows while fixing numeric formatting and column-ordering issues. 
• Built EC Dashboard pages using Telerik components (RadGrid, RadWindow, RadComboBox) to manage 
campaigns, phone mappings, exclusions, alerts, and lead caps. 
• Updated and modified SQL Server stored procedures to support reporting filters, campaign/location logic, billing adjustments, and data imports, ensuring consistency between UI and database behavior. 
• Fixed runtime exceptions, export failures, input validation issues, and added searchable dropdowns, conditional filters, and role-based access controls.

• Worked on a full-stack MERN application enabling shelters to request linen donations from nearby hotels.

• Implemented delivery features allowing chapter presidents to initiate, edit, confirm, or withdraw donations, with dashboards updating in real time for both presidents and hotels.

• Contributed to a production nonprofit platform that coordinated the rescue of 60,000+ linens.
