* Lead UX and UI design for intuitive, high-utility experiences across core features of McKinsey’s GenAI platform.

* Partner with multidisciplinary squads to define and build actionable, user-centered GenAI solutions that accelerate problem-solving for consultants.

* Helped scale Lilli from early proof-of-concept to Firm-wide adoption, with 32K active users and over 500,000 prompts per month.
