•Led all of the design efforts for Groupon Select, a membership program for customers who
love savings . My responsibilities ranged from concept development to final
implementation of of the designs for the landing page as well as the product and user experience for Groupon Select enrollment within the app and website.
•Led the design for Groupon’s customer support experience to provide a simpler, clearer
and unified experience to improve customer deflection for both US and International users
