Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) – Join Spectrum Center (JSC) Led front-end design and architecture of Spectrum XXI (SXXI) online, a tool that supports operational planning as well as near real-time management of RF spectrum with emphasis on assigning compatible frequencies and performing spectrum engineering tasks. Decomposed user interface concepts, flows, and wireframes into production code using Adobe Photoshop, Aptana Studio, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (EXT/jQuery). United States Navy (USN) – Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) – Special Communications Requirements Division (SCRD) Led development of next-gen asset tracking software on mobile barcode scanner, Motorola MC 9090-G. Developed application on Windows Mobile 5.0 in .NET 3.5 Compact Framework using C# and LINQ to integrate with Oracle 10g back-end via Microsoft ActiveSync API. Coordinated project using Agile development with small team and facilitated meetings with clients to demonstrate capabilities through iterative development phases. NAVAIR – AIR 1.6 (Environmental Programs Department) Led application concept and design for PESHE DAT, Programmatic Environmental Safety and Health Evaluation (PESHE) Document Authoring Tool (DAT).
