Made improvements to the customer experience for device discovery upon enablement of a skill in the Alexa Skill Store (reduced wait time and more straightforward discovery process).

Project contributed to team's backend code migration of discovery logic into a new service and provided external developers with new pathways to trigger device discovery, supporting future third-party initiatives.

Gained technical and engineering experience in building backend services, using AWS services such as SQS, writing comprehensive documentation, and presenting designs and work to stakeholders.

Core Client: Ported user management functionality to a new Salesforce interface for internal operations staff. Replaced deprecated code with new backend Django APIs and React frontend.
