Identified the problem as to why most users churn, and in turn, redesigned 2 landing pages, optimized target keyword (information architecture), and introduced gamification, all to increase retention and conversion rates and tracked. Helped Taiwanese fitness community easily find nearby workout locations and professional trainers—in a C2C, three-sided marketplace app. I collaborated with stakeholders, engineers, and marketing teams to strategize an entry point to better facilitate users’ understanding of the app.
