My responsibilities include:

Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to drive a user-centered vision, ensuring we meet complex product requirements while advocating for the user

Researching, whiteboarding, designing, prototyping, and testing solutions to iteratively improve the product

Conducting qualitative user research and running multi-week pilots to collect and synthesize feedback

Presenting findings and next steps to stakeholders to communicate actionable items, influence product strategy, and emphasize the importance of the design process
