Was 2nd design hire and helped shape design team and processes to grow to a team of 7. Co-led teams of engineers with Product Managers and Engineering Managers.

• Designed an interactive, drag & drop story builder for nonprofit users to easily design and write blog posts

• Brought data visualization capabilities to platform with multidimensional graphs, auto-generated and shareable infographics, and a centralized tool to represent nonprofits’ strategic plans dynamically
