Lead the Gestalt Design system and Platform design teams at Pinterest to build product efficiencies, improve cross-functional collaboration, and increase product quality with aligned Accessibility best practices.

• Led the direction for the Clarity Design System; a hybrid team of UI design and engineering; developing components and patterns for VMware products and the open source community

• Scaled the Accessibility team from 2 to 17 creating in-house US and India based SME's to audit and prioritize remediation efforts.

• We built the foundation for inclusive products by training our community on Accessibility best practices through our documentation, Advocates program and incentivized analysis.
