Opower was acquired by Oracle in Aug 2016. I designed end-to-end digital experiences for people to visualize and understand their energy use at home. Work includes product strategy, defining requirements, design research, storyboards, journey maps, sketches, data visualization, wireframes, prototypes, usability tests, high-fidelity mocks, specs, and many iterations. Led a 7 person team of project managers, engineers, and analysts. I designed and managed a green jobs training program to reduce recidivism and chronic unemployment that placed over 100 people in jobs in NYC. Managed a national online education program. Designed and built a CRM system.
