I also prepared packages for collections, maintained relationships with local vendors and pattern makers daily, while also building an organized system of sample trims and fabrics for the design process. I followed up on the production process while also assisting with the quality control process and analyzing and building the costing history. I evaluated and prepared samples for evaluation and approval. I managed timelines for pre-production and top of production sample approvals. I entered development and production style information into trackers and costing sheets.
