I led product design for a patient advocacy platform and AI outbound healthcare phone caller. Because it was a startup, I did marketing + some coding as well by managing customer relationships and building React components.

I led the UX strategy and design for Appian's guided app-building experiences (think, making our low-code product comprehensible and approachable for new users). This involved building new UI components, working closely with front-end developers, and dipping my toes into Javascript.

I also spearheaded product illustrations and created delightful graphics focused on diversity and inclusivity, and I mentored new UX hires on the team.

I worked closely with product owners to conduct product discovery, scoping, user research, and usability tests for platform DevOps features. I also learned a lot about how to balance practicality and thorough research at a fast-paced enterprise SAAS company.
