-Initiated the utilization of Google OAuth & Passport.js services for users to sign in with Google account using cookie-based authentication; implemented Mongoose/MongoDB to store user information & validation logic to identify surveys with overlapping responses

-Used SQL and Excel to analyze data and draw accurate & reliable conclusions to provide insights to upper management and marketing team; identified key metrics and transformed raw data into meaningful, actionable information.

-Assisted Team Director to implement new programs for the Sales teams by performing regular reviews of the teams' procedures in order to understand their current bottlenecks and processes; resulted in increased work productivity and cost management
