At GoDaddy, I lead end-to-end product design across growth, security, and AI — turning complex, ambiguous problems into clear, intuitive experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. My most significant work is the Domain Ownership Protection redesign — an 11-month, 4-phase project that drove significant revenue growth and meaningful improvements in feature adoption and conversion. I also designed GoDaddy's domain security AI agent, defining when it speaks, what it surfaces, and how it builds user trust to drive confident purchasing decisions. Beyond the product work, I run AI workflow workshops for the design team, facilitate cross-team experimentation sessions, and contribute to the GoDaddy design system used across 14 product teams.
