Metrics Reporting Reliability
• Reduced the number of OOM (Out-of-memory) exceptions by up to 4x on 3 key endpoints powering Meta's Ads Manager by pruning unnecessary DB loads.

Operational Tooling
• Developed a task chat bot on Meta's Workplace to support the triaging and resolving of HiVA (High-Value-Advertiser) reported bugs. Bot is used by all Monetization teams across Meta.
