My long-term vision is to grow from local, small-batch distribution into a CPG brand available in small U.S. grocery stores.

From a rural Greek village to expansion in the United States.

This brand is inspired by my yiayia, who left school in the 3rd grade and dedicated her life to working the land until her late 80s; by my mother, who continues to farm today during retirement and preserves the olive trees that have been in our family for 3 generations of women; and by our farmers and their families, who give tremendous support during harvest season.
