· Redesigned DynamoDB table containing advertiser campaign configuration records to support publishing changes in constant time instead of linear time

· Created AWS Lambda to write published campaign change records to S3

· Configured data pipeline to load records into Redshift daily to be joined with existing campaign metadata

· Wrote SQL scripts comparing the performance metrics of the campaign before and after the changes
