Oversaw dairy and frozen department inventory, staff, and orders. Trained all new employees in the grocery department. Responsible for implementing programs to reduce overall shrink for the store. Provided first-rate customer service.

Implemented a new ordering strategy and reduced loss by $12,000 annually. Managed and organized all inventory, and placed frequent orders with multiple distributors. Trained all new employees in the produce department. Delivered outstanding customer service.
