Most recently, I have worked at Cadence Design Systems to develop and test a tool to read, process and query log files. ## Work Experience ### Software Engineer @ TabaPay Jan 2021 – Present | United States ### Software Engineer @ Cadence Design Systems Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 | San Jose, California, United States • Developed a debugging infrastructure using Python to create a data model to identify the tricks during data path optimization that is resulting in an improvement or a degradation. • The tool parses the debug log and maintains a hierarchical model of the sequence of optimization trick and the results, so that can be queried and debugged later to improve the optimization engine. • The above script has been integrated in the genus flow and is supposed to be used by the Product Engineering/Product Validation teams for debugging. • Working on a C/C++ code which parses through the components of the netlist to identify multiplexers with high toggle rate on their select lines. The goal is to recognize if there are such multiplexers at the beginning of the chain and move them further down the chain. ### Data Intern @ Institutional Research (San Jose State University) Jan 2019 – Jan 2020 | San Jose, California, United States • Worked on the University’s enrollment management to conclude the current logistics and predict the future inflow based on the previous years’ data. • Worked on simplifying the process by creating a single MySQL query to pull data from the different tables. • Created multiple workbooks to portray the data in form of graphs and charts. ### Software Engineer @ Teradata Jan 2019 – Jan 2019 | San Diego, California, United States • Interned as part of the Teradata Active System Management (TASM) team which is Teradata’s workload management tool. • Implemented an API to read binary global objects and convert it into readable format while ignoring the irrelevant details.
