Drove design system migration efforts from Adobe XD to Figma including restructuring from an Atomic Design model. Established contribution model and governance and continuously supported improvements and enhancements. Supported training efforts in Figma for design team including facilitating workshops and live training sessions. Fostered a positive and inclusive work environment and contributed to a growing and diverse design community.
