Designed and developed the Collections feature both on the web app and in iOS, including the ability to search foods within your collections and add collections to your meal plans. Users have created 25k+ collections to date with 200k+ collection items

Overhauled all aspects of search. Improved search speed by up to 4x in some cases. Added support for fuzzy string matching and improved matching via scoring optimizations. Upgraded the look, feel, and filtering capabilities of the food browser and sidebar search.

Built and deployed the Eat This Much Recipe Clipper Chrome Extension to allow users to clip recipes on the web and directly import them into Eat This Much, with 3000+ users currently

Created a zero-downtime process for updating and rebuilding Elasticsearch indices and importing 1M+ Nutritionix foods into the database and into the food search results
