• Designed a business case for implementing a streamlined quote-to-cash process by analyzing the market, competitive positioning of Cisco’s product offerings, identifying gaps and opportunities, understanding customer purchasing patterns & analyzing customer feedback
• Hosted workshops to define vision & strategy and create the quarterly implementation roadmap with stakeholders and management
• Created product requirement documents, process flows and user stories to define product features and functionality and communicated these to the engineering, UX and cross-functional teams
• Led agile implementation as a product owner for programs, promotions & new product introduction
• Redesigned the quote to order processes, approval routing rules, business rules and governance for programs & promotions which led to 85% reduction in deal cycle time for customers (13 days to 2 days)
• Designed a new pricing model to obtain dynamic pricing based on multiple pricing levers such as customer profile, market segment & verticals and investment patterns
• Designed new revenue models and offerings to promote cross-selling & upselling across architectures
• Created a phased global roll-out model to ensure successful launch & adoption of system & product capabilities
