• Conducted migration of customer engagement metrics from legacy system to minimize maintenance          costs and improve interactivity. In turn, improved monitoring mechanism for product management team    by integrating metrics into AWS S3 buckets & Cloudwatch visualization dashboards

• Collaborated with privacy team to review application security and adhere to DSAR & deletion customer       privacy regulations for newly released features

• Supported diversity initiative for accessibility customers by prioritizing and finding fixes for pain-point field bugs opened since prior release milestone
